How payments work for hosts
When a renter books your space, Stripe processes payment through Subletly checkout. Host payout starts after move-in is confirmed or the confirmation window expires.

- 2Renter submits booking request with payment
- 3You accept the booking request
- 4Stripe processes payment through Subletly checkout
- 5Renter confirms move-in (or 48 hours pass)
- 6Host payout starts to your payout method
- 7Payouts typically arrive within 3-5 business days
